At Bruder Toy Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and secure it firmly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed.
